These factors can be used as transformational factors as part of an open system model. The new model can be look like as figure 1. As you could see, I’ve added the inputs and outputs part additional onto the GPTW model. WebSo they studied workplaces with an eye on four key outcome variables: employee retention, customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.
