Web4 de out. de 2024 · Ferritin rose to 276 from 170 😕 So it looks I'm in same situation. My ALT is 60 which is only slightly higher than normal, AST and other enzymes are fine. But this is thanks to Heptral (ademetionine) tablets, took it for a week, liver protector, recommended by my hematologist.
