Setting the value of this setting to true will remove the 0 lower cap from the value, allowing Damage Fatigue to reduce Fatigue to a value below zero. This setting can be controlled in Advanced tab of the launcher.

WebOpenMW engine is very stable. The game almost never crashes. There may be some bugs, but nothing critical. OpenMW have a lot of Quality-of-Life features that are not implemented in vanilla (like vector fonts, widescreen, easy to alt+tab, window resize feature, etc, etc)..
