I watched many videos, read many posts. Made myself a rover with an ore detector on it. Made sure I cranked it up to max range (50m). I even tried to get something from the Steam workshop to increase the range to 150m but that does not seem to work.
Webis the mod I was using from the steam workshop to extend the ore range, this was working until I arrived at the moon. A friend told me to try, Long-Range Ore Detectors, again from steam workshop. this didn't work either. these where tried separately. but the issue started before trying the long range ore detector mod. Ore is a basic resource item, usually obtained by mining Asteroids. Using a Hand Drill or ship-mounted Drill will destroy the rock and release the Ores as objects in the world to be collected.
